PURPOSE:To make it possible to subject the voltage dividing ratio of a voltage divider to reference setting in compliance with the requirement, by a method wherein the conductive pipe integrated with a first electrode is made adjustable and stoppable in an up-and-down direction and a conductive rod with a screw groove integrated with a third electrode is supported in a conductive pipe integrated with a second electrode in an up-and-down adjustable manner in opposed relation to the first electrode. CONSTITUTION:A first - a third electrodes 51, 52, 53 and a BSO sensor 55 are arranged similarily as the voltage divider of an inferior insulator detecting apparatus and the conductive pipe 61 of a high voltage side is supported by an annular packing 79 in a up-and-down adjustable and stoppable manner while the third electrode 53 can be adjusted up and down by a conductive rod 63 with a screw groove. Electrostatic capacities C12 and C13 can be adjusted by the adjustment of the first electrode 51 while electrostatic capacities C13 and C23 can be adjusted by the adjustment of the third electrode 53 and the size of each electrode and the intervals between the electrodes are determined in a practically measuring manner by displacing an auxiliary electrode different in a dimension according to necessity while the intervals between the the electrodes are read by the graduations 73 provided to a cylinder 74 to be used as the data in the designing of the voltage divider. |
