The invention relates to a contact link arrangement having a U-shaped lead (8) on the fixed contact parts (1, 2). The fixed contact parts (1, 2) have contact facings (3) which can be brought into connection, in the sense of making contact, with the contact facings (6) on the support (5) of the contact link (4). A metal facing (7), which consists of ferromagnetic material but is electrically conductive, is provided on the side of the contact link facing the fixed contact parts (1, 2), between the contact facings (6). The ferromagnetic facing (7) results in an attractive effect between the contact link (4) and the contact parts (1, 2) so that lifting of the contact links in the event of small short-circuits or high starting currents with a relatively low drive force for the contact link arrangement is avoided. <IMAGE>
