Improved gamma-globulin is disclosed for intravenous injection having low anticomplementary activity and a method of producing it using a monosaccharide, disaccharide or sugar alcohol together with dextran as additives. Also disclosed are a pharmaceutical composition including the gamma-globulin and specific stabilizers and a method of preparing such composition.
