PURPOSE:To make a titled device easy to operate by providing an opening to a frame body and an attachable and detachable cover which unlocks the frame body from a cartridge body when mounted in the position covering the opening. CONSTITUTION:When a process cartridge 14 is mounted to a body, a hook 23 for fixing the process cartridge is lifted counterclockwise by the top surface of a cover 16 and is moved to the position shown by a solid line. Since a part of a hook 23 is installed so as to project to the route where the cover 16 passes, the hook 23 moves cooperatively with the passage of the cover 16 and can be unlocked. When the cover 16 is drawn thereafter, the cover moves down to the position of a broken line and fits into the groove 14e of the frame body 14a of the process cartridge thereby fixing the cartridge 14 to the body. Conversely, the cover 16 is set in the case of removing the cartridge 14 from the body, the hook 23 is again lifted up to the position of the solid line and is unlocked. |
