PURPOSE:To obtain a level shift circuit including the fluctuation of a power supply voltage by using an output current corresponding to a power supply voltage fluctuation difference of the 1st current mirror circuit so as to obtain a transmission signal level-shifted at the 2nd current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a +VCC2 power supply voltage is increased, a current I1 is increased, the power supply voltage of the 1st stage amplifying circuit 1 is increased and an output signal Vout is increased. Since transisitor (TR) Q2, Q3, Q4 and Q5 form the current mirror circuit, a current I2 is increased because of the increase in the current I1 and a current I3 is also increased. Further, a voltage drop being the sum between the forward voltage of diodes D3 and D4 and I3.R3 is increased, then an input signal of the next stage amplifying circuit 2 becomes an input signal level-shifted in response to the voltage increase of the +VCC2 power supply voltage. When the voltage of the +Vcc2 is decreased, the voltage is compensated by the reverse operation. |
