PURPOSE:To expand cut lines to form a hollow space and make it display interior effect as a lamp protecting cover by roll forming an external form plate made by forming plural cut lines and holes on a metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:A forming machine made by combining a main shaft roll 6 and subrolls 7 is rotated, and an external form plate 1 for a shade is inserted in it. The external form plate 1 passes through rolls 6, 7 and repeats rotation guided by material guides 8. Cut lines are expanded to form a hollow space. This can be utilized as a lighting shade or a lamp protecting cover for indoor and outdoor use. |
