PURPOSE:To raise the stability of a sheathing work by lessening active earth pressures acting on pressure receivers by attaching a pressure receiver 1 having a forwardly directed recessed form to the place where sheathing work is to be provided by using a horizontally or acute-angledly upwardly inclined fitting part. CONSTITUTION:A pressure receiver 1 of a forwardly directed recessed form is formed by combining a steel material and a concrete part. The pressure receiver 1 is attached to the place where banking or excavation is to be made by using a horizontally or at acute-angle alpha upwardly inclined fitting part 2, and soil 12 for planting greens and increasing the weight is housed in the pocket 11 of the pressure receiver 1. The action generated in this case consists of the total sum SIGMAW of ordinary active earth pressure PA, the weitht WR of the pressure receiver 1, and the weight WS of the upper banking 3 of the hip part 1a and the resistance T of the fitting part 2, and by the vector display of these forces, a resultant force R is obtained. In view of the size of direction of the resultant force R, sufficient stability can be obtained. |
