PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of the titled plate due to discharge spinning for a long time by arranging and forming recesses whose periphery is reinforced with a rib on the upper surface of a bushing plate material, and furnishing many nozzles consisting of a glass inlet and a spinneret to each recess. CONSTITUTION:In the bushing plate 16 for glass fiber production, recesses 11 are formed in parallel on the upper surface of the bushing plate material 10, and a reinforcing rib 12 having specified width is formed on the periphery of the recess 11. Many glass inlets 13 are provided in a zigzag arrangement in each recess 11, and a spinneret 14 is pierced through the bottom of each glass inlet 13 to form a nozzle 15. When glass fiber is discharged and spinned for a long time by using the bushing plate 16 of such a structure, the bushing plate 16 having the reinforcing rib 12 is not thermally deformed to the lower side in the form of a sphere, and thread breaking and the variance in the thickness of the thread are effectively prevented. |
