PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a rotary electric machine and the workability by coating water soluble varnish in the uniform thickness by a rolling mechanism with the varnish and drying the varnish by a drying mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A formed electromagnetic steel plate 8 is retracted by rotating rollers 2, 3 to coat water soluble varnish 4 on the surface in a uniform thickness. Then, the plate 8 is fed via a belt conveyor 9 into a preliminary drying chamber 12, and further fed to a drying chamber 13. The interior of the chamber 13 is heated by a heating mechanism 14 to 200-300 deg.C, the plate 8 is forcibly dried for 1-2min to dry the varnish 4 and to evaporate moisture. Then, the plate 8 is fed out of the chamber 13, and fed via a cooling conveyor 15. |
