PURPOSE:To provide a cooling liquid having high boiling point and excellent insulation property and cooling effect, by mixing 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane with a specific mineral oil, synthetic oil or silicone oil, and a fluorinated oil at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective cooling liquid is prepared by mixing (A) 2-96wt% of 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane with (B) 2-96wt% of a mineral oil, a synthetic oil (e.g. alkylbenzene-type synthetic oil, epoxidized oil, etc.) and/or a silicone oil (e.g. dimethylpolysiloxane silicone oil) and (C) 2-75wt% of a fluorinated oil. EFFECT:A liquid having a boiling point of as high as >=110 deg.C can be prepared, and the liquid can be applied to an ultrahigh-voltage apparatus. USE:Transistor, thyristor, part of integrated circuit, and transformer. |
