PURPOSE:To easily and positively perform protection when excessive pressure is applied, by providing a pressure receiving diaphragm forming a third pressure chamber communicated with both pressure chambers and a pressure elastic displacement body displaced by excessive pressure. CONSTITUTION:Pressure chambers 35a, 35b are formed between the end surfaces of a main body case 30 and pressure receiving diaphragms 50a, 50b while pressures Pa, Pb to be detected are acted on the pressure receiving diaphragms 50a, 50b through the pressure introducing ports 65a, 65b provided to pressure receiving flanges 66a, 66b mounted to the main body case 30. In addition, a center diaphrgam 40 is provided under tension as a pressure elastic displacement body so as to divide the empty part of the pressure chamber formed at the almost center part in the main body case 30. By this constitution, protection when excessive pressure is applied can be easily and positively performed. |
