PURPOSE:To read optically again only an erroneous data, and to raise reliability of a data, by executing a batch total check as to whether a read data is correct or erroneous, also adding a check digit for discriminating whether the data is correct or erroneous, to each read data, and outputting to print it. CONSTITUTION:A handwriting character L on a business form 1 is read optically by a reading part 5, a read data is sent to a data processing part 6, the read data is recognized, and a check digit for showing whether the data exists or not is added to the end of a character-string. Basing on this check digit, each business form 1 is classified into two of a correct business form 4 and an erroneous business form 3, and is sent to a printing control part 7. With this control part 7, a printing position of the read data is determined and sent to a printing position correcting part 8, and basing on a position signal from a business form position detecting part 9, a position on the business form is corrected exactly. Subsequently, only an erroneous data is read optically again, by which reliability of a data is raised. |
