PURPOSE:To permit smooth unmanned operation over a long period by an apparatus which includes means for swinging a material rack of the titled apparatus about a shaft along a guide pipe between a bar material feeding position and a bar material receiving position. CONSTITUTION:A material rack 16 is so constructed that square steel materials 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16l welded to one another are together welded to a joint 16f to form a frame, which is then pivoted to a feeder bracket 19 via a shaft 20. A spherical coupling 21 is fitted in a step 16h and coupled to a piston 23 of a hydraulic cylinder, causing the material rack 16 to swing about the shaft 20. Each bar material W is received while not yet used materials are remained, so that the bar materials undergoes no lateral pressure while swinging. This permits smooth unmanned operation. |
