PURPOSE:To obtain TCNQ (7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane) complex useful as an electrically-conductive material, etc., by reacting a mixture of a nitrogen- containing heterocyclic compound having various complex constitution ratio, a TCNQ anion radical and neutral TCNQ under heating in a molten state. CONSTITUTION:A mixture comprising a combination of a cation D<+> (e.g., isoquinoline derivative) of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound, one TCNQ simple salt (D<+>.TCNQ<->) consisting of 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane anion radical (TCNQ<->) or two or more simple salts which may be mutually different and TCNQ or an alkyl-substituted TCNQ under a solventless condition under heating in a molten state to give the aimed substance. |
