PURPOSE:To find any part not being fitted with sealing member easily and thereby have a sure check of the oil tightness, by forming a communication path at the contact part of a fuel piping member with the overstream ending part of a fuel injection valve and by fitting the sealing members at the contact part or in the neighborhood of its periphery. CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 3 is screwed fast to one of the sides of a cylindrical body 1, and an intermediate member 4 is arranged inside the other side. A fuel injection valve 20 is installed at an intake manifold 24 with the aid of seal rubber 15, and the intermediate member 4 is pressed by a fuel piping member 19 with an O-ring 21 interposed to be fitted fast to the internal-combustion engine. A communication path 17a is formed circumferentially. The air and oil tightnesses of the flange part 17 shall depend only upon said O-ring 21. If the sealing member is not fitted, it can be found easily by thus introducing the compressed air into the fuel passage. |
