PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a delay in rear wheel steering during rapid acceleration and deceleration, by a method wherein, through detection of moving acceleration of an accel pedal, up correction is made on car speed information. CONSTITUTION:A steering ratio deciding means 30 decides a steering ratio responding to car speed information from a car speed sensor 16. By means of the steering ratio and front wheel steering information, a desired rear wheel steering angle is decided to run a stepping motor 12. Meanwhile, when an acceleration signal from an accel pedal movement acceleration detecting sensor 19 exceeds a given value, up correction is applied on car speed information which is to be read in the steering ratio deciding means 30. |
