PURPOSE:To enable to confirm the operation of device, by producing an abnormal state, when transmitting a signal from one inter-network device to the other one. CONSTITUTION:A signal from the inter-network device 1 is transferred to an inter-network device 2 via a device 3 generating an abnormality. When the signal is normal, the device 3 outputs the input signal as it is. When the signal designates the generation of the abnormal state, a central controller 4 discriminates the type of abnormality and performs control as designated. The abnormal states are considered to be : 1, an input signal is delayed then outputted. 2, a line switch is cut off after receiving a signal being an objective to cut off the line or at a designated time. The confirmation of operation of an abnormality processing program of the inter-network device such as exchange and the troubleshooting of a filed processing route are performed by using the functions above. |
