Manufacturing process characterised in that the sugar cane harvested immediately after flowering is washed with water, chopped, pressed, diluted with water and strained, the bagasse being separated in a centrifugal separator and, after crystallisation of the liquid sugar, the alcohol is collected from this liquid and is mixed with the bagasse, spray-drying is performed and L-ascorbic acid is added to this dry product. Tonic and fortifying product offsetting the drawbacks of an excess consumption of sugar. |
