PURPOSE:To obtain a titled catalyst which is inexpensive and is easy to handle by tableting a catalyst prepd. by combining >=1 kind among sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate or copper sulfate and potassium carbonate or sodium carbonate or a catalyst prepd. by combining potassium sulfate and copper sulfate by using polyethylene glycol having about 4,000-6,000 average mol.wt. as a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:PEG6000 or PEG4000 is added and mixed as a lubricant at 0.03g to and with 3g catalyst consisting of 20% (wt.) Na2SO4, 57% K2SO4, 20% Na2CO3 and 3% CuSO4 and the mixture is tableted by using a single shot type tableting machine. The PEG6000 refers to polyethylene glycol having about 6000 average mol.wt. and the PEG4000 to polyethylene glycol having about 4000 average mol.wt. Tableting property as well as the foaming property of the product and the state of decomposing liquid are satisfactory. |
