PURPOSE:To provide an absolute secrecy processing function, by storing temporarily a received picture signal with no immediate recording, then recording this stored picture signal when an addressed person performs a recording operation later. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter received a matching completion signal is set in an absolute processing communication mode to transmit the code signal stored in a code memory 4. The picture signal received by a receiver is not supplied to a recorder 17 since a gate circuit 16 is switched at the side of a picture signal memory 18 and then stored in the address of the memory 18 which is previously designated by a control circuit 19 and based on the code signal. A person at the receiver side operates own code number and a record key via the ten-key on a keyboard 23, and then the circuit 19 decodes the fed code number. Then an address corresponding to the memory 18 is designated, and therefore the picture signal stored in the memory 18 is delivered to the recorder 17 and then recorded. |
