PURPOSE:To make joining of an electric conductive layer of a joint of a box member complete by exposing the electric conductive layer of a dividing end face posterior to molding, by providing a notch for rupture and separation on the lower and part of a molding part of a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 3 is filled with resin molten within an injection molding machine. Upon cooling and curing of the filling resin, a movable mold is broken away from a stationary mold and a protrusion plate 12 which is in two sheet configuration moved a first ejection pin 13 upward, to begin with. In this instance, stress is concentrated to a rupture and separation part 20 (a notched thin part) provided on the lowest fringe 3 and a molded resin member 3 and its end fringe part 4 are separated at a separation part from each other. Then the end fringe part 4 left behind in the bottom of the cavity 3 is ejected by actuating a second ejector pin against a coil spring 16. In other words, it follows that n inner electric conductive filler is exposed on the lower end surface of a molded box member when the upper part of the cavity separated by the separation part 20 is regarded as a box material forming part. When mutual exposed surfaces of electric conductive layers are made into box material joining 33, an intending electromagnetic wave shield becomes perfect. |
