PURPOSE:To ensure that a cushoning effect of a spring which is not completely spoiled by a hydraulic cylinder, by maintaining a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder so that the rod can be displaced relatively to the cab side. CONSTITUTION:A mechanical lost motion mechanism 7 is so provided that a drive's cab 3 can be vibrated in vertical directions within a predetermined range relatively to a chassis frame 4 during running of a vehicle body 2. A bracket 13 is provided with a slot 13a the length of which is about the maximum magnitude of the vibration of the cab 3 during running, and a pin 15 rooted to a tip part 14a of the piston rod 14 of the hydraulic cylinder 8 is slidably fitted into the slot 13a. The hydraulic cylinder 8 has a base end part 8a rotatably fitted to the frame 4, a piston is fitted in the interior of the cylinder 8, and the piston rod 14 is integrally fixed to the piston.
