Provided in the region of the valve hole (4) between the spacer (3) and the base part (1) is a region (8) of adhesive effect which only allows the movement of the membrane (2) if there is a particular pressure in the valve hole (4). Certain release materials can be used for the layer of adhesive effect or materials are used for the spacer (3), the base part (1) and the membrane (2) which can discharge permanent intermolecular forces to the outside.
