PURPOSE:To prevent the solidification of an anaerobic impregnating liquid owing to a trouble in two units of air compressors, by using said air compressors in bubbling for preventing solidification of the impregnating liquid in the stage of filling the impregnating liquid in cavities, etc. in die casting, etc. CONSTITUTION:A die cast product 2 or the like wherein cavities and pinholes exist is put into a sealed type impregnating liquid tank 1, and after the inside of the tank 1 is evacuated, an anerobic impregnating liquid 7 of an acrylic resin or the like is supplied fro a storage tank 4. The liquid is cooled with refrigerator heads 18, 19 from refrigerators 22, 23 and is filled in the cavities, etc. of the product 2. Compressed air is fed to the piping 8 in the tank 1 from one of air compressors 10, 11 to bubble the liquid in order to prevent the solidification of the liquid 7 of a low temp. In case the refrigerator or air compressor goes out of order during operation, said refrigerator or compressor is changed over to the other refrigerator or air compressor to operate the same in return, whereby the impregnating liquid in the tank 1 is always maintained at a low temp. without solidifying. |
