<p>A support of a pivotable rod antenna 1 comprises encased in a housing 5 a tip 2 of the antenna 1 and an antenna tilt locking device 10. The tip 2 of the antenna 1 is mounted so as to be pivotable about a transverse pivot and has a rounded base 3 with alternate projections 8 and recesses 9 formed around the profile thereof. The antenna tilt locking device 10 has detent members 11 which are spring-loaded towards the surfaces of respective recesses 9 and each have a round cross section in the pivoting plane of the antenna 1. Both detent members 11 are urged against the inner surface of the housing 5 by a separating member 12 mounted so as to be movable along the axis of the housing 5. <IMAGE></p> |
