The undulating motion of the passing sea waves produces a vertical thrust on at least one float 1. When the float 1 rises, it transforms the mechanical energy using levers 2, a shaft 8 and gear trains 3, thus exerting a torque on the shaft, which in turn exerts a similar torque on the gear train. The torque on the gear train is transmitted to a final pinion by well-known means. The number of floats and the distance between them depend on the characteristics of the waves and the region of the sea selected. <IMAGE>
