The application according to the Main Patent VPA 82 P 3198 DE relates to a digital triggering apparatus for a pulse-controlled invertor. Using a microprocessor (4), the pulse-width modulation of each phase (R, Y, B) is determined from the condition that the product of the pulse width ( DELTA tR) and the DC voltage (Ugl) at the input of the pulse-controlled invertor (2) is proportional to the product of a predetermined reference voltage (Usin wtx) at the sampling time, and the sampling interval (T). According to the supplement proposed here, the calculated control signals (tR, tY, tB) are made to act symmetrically with respect to the centre of the sampling interval (T), in order to reduce harmonics. <IMAGE>
