PURPOSE:To reduce cost and to simplify the line, by separating automatically the work and blanked pieces utilizing an ejector that rises and inclines. CONSTITUTION:A lifter bar 1 is positioned at the first position X1, and a panel 3 is carried in by a carrying device. The bar 1 goes down and places the panel 3 on the second position X2, that is, the die face 4. A press device 14 descends and blanks specified parts. It further goes down and bends the part to be bent and the panel 3 is blanked and bent. The press device 14 goes up and returns to original position. The bar 1 goes up and lifts the product from which blanked pieces are removed, and stops at the first position X1. A cylinder 9 is driven and the ejector 6 goes up and lifts blanked pieces. The first frame 6a of the ejector 6 inclines, and its guide roll 8 guides the blanked pieces. The blanked pieces pass through an opening 10 for passing blanked pieces, and discharged to a chute 11. The product is carried out from the bar 1 by the carrying device and shifted to next process. |
