PURPOSE:To make it possible to start and stop a supply of hot water by merely opening and closing a stop cock utilizing the pressure of city water. CONSTITUTION:An ejector 11 adopted to suck and discharge hot water in a hot water storage tank 1 by making use of the pressure of city water supplied from a water pipe 6 is arranged in the tank 1 and a hot water pipe 13 provided with a stop cock 12 is connected to the ejector 11. Further, a check valve 14 for checking the flow of the city water into the tank 1 at the time when no hot water is supplied is incorporated in a hot water sucking passage 15 whereby when the stop cock 12 is opened, the hot water is supplied through the ejector 11 utilizing the pressure of the city water and when the stop cock is closed, the supply of the hot water is stopped in a condition in which the entry of the city water into the tank 1 is prevented. |
