PURPOSE:To join positively even conductors or materials having a low dielectric constant, by welding sheet materials using a welder mold wherein electrode rods connected to positive and negative electrodes respectively are arranged on the same plane with an insulating space therebetween. CONSTITUTION:The electrode rods 1a, 1b connected to the positive and negative poles of an AC power source E respectively are arranged on the same plane with an insulating space or an insulator A therebetween to constitute the welder mold 1. Then on a weldable sheet layer a1 of a work A is put a resin sheet B that is made of a material similar to that of the weldable sheet layer a1, then the welder mold 1 is pressed onto it, and an electric current is passed through the electrode rods 1a, 1b to heat the sheet materials a1, B thereby welding them integrally. |
