PURPOSE:To allow quick response to the change in demand of molded products, and to improve the efficiency of molding, by allowing resin feeding passages of molds to be communicated with each other when the molds are assembled, and providing a detachable sealing member to a resin feeding section which will be come unnecessary in the molding stage. CONSTITUTION:Molds A, B are provided with the resin feeding passages 5 for feeding an injected synthetic resin into cavities (a, b1, b2), which resin feeding passages 5 are in communication with each other when the molds A, B are assembled so that the injected synthetic resin can flow via the mold A to the mold B. The section 6 of the mold A, and the section 7 of the resin inlet section 8 of the mold B that will not be required when molding is effected are provided with the detachable sealing members 9 such as solder pieces, or the like. For example, in case only an item that will be molded in the cavity (a) is required, relevant parts of the resin feeding passages 5 are sealed with the sealing members 9 to cut the flow of the resin to the mold B. In case an item that will be molded in the cavity (a) is required, items that will be molded in the cavities b1, b2 are not required, and an item that will be molded in another cavity (c) is required, the mold A is disconnected from the mold B and instead of the mold A, a mold C (not shown) is connected. |
