PURPOSE:To obtain a deflecting circuit with less power consumption and excellent linearity, by connecting an output terminal of a linearity correcting circuit to a power supply terminal of another device. CONSTITUTION:A drive voltage is applied to base of a switching transistor (TR) 11, the output is applied to one end of a deflecting coil 12 from the collector via a coupling capacitor 32 and to an integrating circuit comprising a resistor 34 and a capacitor 35 via a DC blocking capacitor 33 to form sawtooth waveform, the polarity is inverted at a polarity inverting amplifier 36 and applied to a base of an emitter follower TR42. A heater of an image pickup tube 41 is arranged as a load of the emitter of the emitter follower TR42. The emitter and the other end of the deflecting coil 12 are connected. Since the power consumed in a resistor connected in series with the heater is used, no power consumption is increased and a horizontal deflecting circuit with good linearity is obtained. |
