PURPOSE:To sharply improve efficiency to cool a pump chamber and oil, by providing a flow passage for cooling air between the pump chamber and an oil chamber and mounting a fan, which forcibly creates the flow of cooling air, within the flow passage. CONSTITUTION:A flow passage 15 for cooling air is installed between a pump chamber 13 and an oil chamber 27, and a fan 37 which forcibly creates cooling air is mounted within the flow passage 15. With a motor 4 started, a rotary shaft 8 is rotated, and when a vane 20 turns within the pump chamber 13, the fan 37 simultaneously is driven, whereby the open air flows in each flow passage 15 through an air intake 26 and flows in a suction chamber 25. This causes direct cooling of the pump chamber 13, and prevents direct transferring of the heat generated in the pump chamber 13 to the oil in the oil chamber 27, resulting in sharp improvement of efficiency to cool the pump chamber 13 and oil. |
