PURPOSE:To perfectly remove the metal pieces in plastic, by combining a metal piece sorting means utilizing a magnetic field with a plastic resin melting means and a filter means of a metal piece collection means. CONSTITUTION:A material consisting of a polyester resin and aluminum pieces present in a mixed state is thrown from a chute 3 and fallen on magnetic sorter 1 by a supply apparatus 4 and aluminum pieces are separated while deflected by a overcurrent. The polyester resin fallen on a receiving chute 5 is supplied to a melting extruder 10 by a pneumatic transport device to be melted in said extruder 10 and aluminum pieces are collected by a filter apparatus having a proper mesh size because not melted. Therefore, even aluminum pieces which could not collected by the magnetic sorter 1 can be perfectly removed by melting and filtering the polyester resin. |
