PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus capable of saving energy even at the time of cooling operation by a method wherein hot water heated by solar heat is stored in a hot water storage tank, cold water is produced in a cold water heat storage tank by the operation of a cooler and heat is discharged into the atmosphere by a solar heat collector through a heat discharging heat storage device of a condenser while when solar heat is not available for a long time, hot water is stored in the hot water storage tank by a cooler through a radiating heat storage tank. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of water within the solar heat collector 1 rises up, the hot water enters the hot water storage tank 4 through a changeover valve 2 and a check valve 3. When the cooler 5 is operated, cold water is produced in the cold water storage tank 12 incorporated in an evaporator 9 and at the same time, hot water is produced in the radiation type heat storage tank 10 in which the condenser 7 is incorporated. The hot water in the tank 10 is then discharged into the atmosphere at night through the solar heat collector 1. Further, when no hot water is present in the hot water storage tank 4, the changeover valve 2 may be closed whereupon the hot water in the tank 10 enters the tank 4 through a pipe 10a, a check valve 11, the check valve 3 and a pipe 4a so that the hot water is stored in the tank 4 and the cold water is stored in the cold water heat storage tank 12. |
