The invention relates to an appliance and a control circuit for the circulation of fuel in a diesel engine. The appliance comprises a fuel control element 30, to the lower section of which a body 102 of a fuel filter 108 is fixed. Some of the fuel not consumed by the diesel engine returns from the latter at a certain temperature, drawing in air. The fuel control appliance receives the excess heated fuel and the aspirated air and passes the heated fuel, without air, to the fuel filter. Sphere of application: diesel engines. <IMAGE>
