摘要 PURPOSE:To analyse plural items of desired chemical components from collected whole blood simply and rapidly without requiring a skilled person in handling, by automatically performing an analytical process consisting of the division and weighing of a specimen, the addition of a reagent, a reaction and measurement. CONSTITUTION:In such a state that a specimen and a reagent 211 for a first analysis are respectively introduced into a specimen weighing tube 203 and a reagent introducing tube 208, a specimen change-over value 202 and a reagent change-over valve 207 are changed over as shown by arrows and the weighing tube 203 is connected to the reagent introducing tube 208 while the reagent introducing tube 208 to a main analytical flowline 218. The specimen is flowed into the main analytical flowline 218 in a state entrapped in the reagent while a series stream is formed and mixed with the reagent while passing through a reaction coil to perform a color forming reaction to be flowed into a flow cell 224 where the concn. measurement of a component to be analysed is performed by a spectrophotometer 223. The specimen change-over valve 202 is reversed to introduce a speciman for second analysis into the weighing tube 203 while a reagent (for example, the reagent 211) for the second analysis is introduced into the reagent introducing tube 203 by changing over the reagent change-over valve 207.
