<p>The generator is characterised in that it comprises a circuit generating clock pulses of adjustable frequency (50), a counter (46) preceded by a preloading circuit (54) having programmable initial content, a memory (40) of the direct access type (RAM), a digital/analog converter (44) followed by an adjustable-gain amplifier (57), and in that it comprises a microprocessor (60) controlling the units able to be programmed, namely the clock pulse generating circuit (50), the preloading circuit (54), the counter (46), the memory (40) and the amplifier (57).
