PURPOSE:The titled foam, obtained by adding a specific polyester polyol in reacting a polyether polyol with a polyisocyanate, catalyst and foaming agent, etc., and having improved adhesive property to polyvinyl chloride skin materials. CONSTITUTION:A foam obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate with a mixture consisting of a polyether polyol having preferably 20-200mgKOH/g hydroxyl value, a polyester polyol, consisting of a 4-6C dihydric alcohol, e.g. 1,3- butanediol, etc., and having preferably 40-110mgKOH/g hydroxyl value, catalyst, foaming agent, another assistant and, as necessary, a crosslinking agent.The amount of the above-mentioned polyester polyol to be used is preferably 0.5-5 pts.wt. based on that of the polyether polyol.
