<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize the transfer of a transfer pattern by a method in which a film with a printing pattern is closely adhered to one or both sides of a reinforcing base material impregnated with a specific composition of a resin liquid, electron rays are irradiated onto the film for heating while pressing, and then the film is separated. CONSTITUTION:A resin liquid composed of 100pts.wt. epoxy resin and 20-150pts. wt. an acrylate monomer with functional groups to react with epoxy ring as main components is prepared. The resin liquid is impregnated into a reinforcing base material, and a film with a printing pattern is closely adhered to one or both sides of the reinforcing base material. Electron rays are then irradiated onto the whole surface of the film to preliminarily harden the resin liquid, and under a condition that single or laminate layer of the preliminaly hardened resin is formed, they are heated and pressed. The film alone is then separated to obtain a decorated material whose surface is integrally provided with a printing pattern.</p> |
