PURPOSE:To realize the low-loss distribution and mixture of electric power with simple structure by using tapered slot lines. CONSTITUTION:A microwave input from a slot line 13 is inputted to a tapered slot line 14. The wave advances along the tapered shape while the wave front expands gradually and cylindrically. The wave travels to an opening part 19 and further propagates through a slot line expansion part 15 connecting with the opening part 19. Tapered slot lines 16-1-16-n are connected to the slot line expansion part 15. The microwave propagating through the slot line 15 is distributed to the slot lines 16-1-16-n. Microwaves passed through the tapered parts 16-1-16-n are inputted to slot lines 17-1-17-n and led out.
