Process comprises preparing an aq. suspension of pH 6.2-9.5, contg. 100 pts.wt. fibres, 0.05-1 pt.wt. organic cationic flocculant, 0.2-5 pts.wt. organic polymer binder and 0.01-1 pt.wt. of an agent (I) which reduces fluffing and adherence of the sheet during its prodn. on wet presses. The suspension is introduced into the head box and a sheet is formed on a paper making machine, pressed and then dried.
