PURPOSE:To prevent the beginning of a talk from being cut and to introduce speech voice insertion to a demand assignment communication system, by delaying a voice until a time to confirm the assignment of a satellite channel is obtained. CONSTITUTION:A ground station satellite communication device is provided with trunk circuits 10 and 11 interfacing with a ground communication network, and those circuits 10 and 11 are regarded as one circuit for one ground circuit. Then, switching networks 12 and 13 which connect the up and down channels of an optional ground circuit to the up and down channels of an optional satellite are connected to those circuits 10 and 11. Further, a radio transmitter 19 for up channels is connected to the switching network 12 through an exclusive satellite channel for its station, and a switch network 18 is connected through a voice delay circuit 17. This switching network 18 connects the circuit 17 to a common satellite up channel 15 for all stations. Then, a voice is delayed through the circuit 17 by an enough time to assign satellite channels under the control of a controller 21, and consequently the cutting of a talk is prevented and the talk voice is inserted into the demand assignment communication system. |
