<p>In the ski binding, a ski boot holder (31) is supported by a piston rod/cylinder arrangement (1, 2). Within the cylinder (1), a throttle arrangement is provided on the piston rod (2) which divides the interior of the cylinder into two sub-chambers which are connected to each other, via the throttle arrangement, for throttled flow. This throttle arrangement is so designed that it generates a progressive damping up to the point of release. The release movement is virtually undamped. <IMAGE></p> |
