PURPOSE:To decrease a mounting area and simplify handling by nipping a sealed ring material with a guide pulley and a measuring pulley and detecting a rotation of the measuring pulley to measure a displacement of the circumference length of the measuring pulley. CONSTITUTION:A gum bar 1 drawn out from a drum 3 is inserted and passed through a guide hole 7 from an entrance 8 of a guide bush 4. Furthermore the bar 1 is nipped with the guide pulley 5 and the measuring pulley 6. If the bar 1 is pulled by hand on the right, the bar is moved to the right from one side of a cutter groove 39 at reference position, and the nipping pulleys 5, 6 are rotated accompanyingly. The measuring axis of the pulley 6 is rotated, a digital counter is moved accompanyingly through gears 19, 21 to display the displayed circumference length of the pulley 6. |
