Novel s-triazoleÄ1,5-aÜpyrimidine derivatives represented by the general formula (I): wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different and each represents a straight or branched alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a phenyl group or a hydrogen atom, R3 represents a straight or branched alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom, R4 represents a straight or branched alkyl group containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a phenyl group or a substituted phenyl group, and R5 represents a hydrogen atom or R5 and R1 together form a -(CH2)- group. The compounds have vasodilating, hypotensive and blood platelet agglutination-preventing effects, and are useful for treating diseases of circulatory organs.
