发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF DEEP DRAWN MOLDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a deep drawn vessel which is superior in chemical resistance and does not have a bleed of additive, by applying thermoforming to a vinylidene fluoride series resin sheet whose molecular-weight distribution falls within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:Resin to be used for a material is a binary or more than binary copolymer of vinylidene fluoride series resin, for example, a monopolymer of vinylidene fluoride, predominant quantity of the vinylidene fluoride and the remaining quantity of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropylene and it is a resin whose molecular weight distribution based on GPC is 20-60, which is desirably 25-50. As for manufacturing of a sheet composed of such resin, for example, is moldable under general terms and with a general device of a polyolefin class whose resin temperature is 200-260 deg.C. Then a method and the device normally applied in relation to the polyolefin or styrene are adopted to thermoforming. The sheet obtained is suitable for deep drawing whose ratio H/D of a drawing depth H to a drawing diameter D is more than 0.8 which is more than 1.0 especially.
