PURPOSE:To keep off the solidifying phenomenon of flour inside a hopper for bridges, etc., as well as to accelerate flowage of the flour, by intermittently blowing compressed air into the small sized flour hopper installed on top of a noodle-making paster and causing the flour to go up and down for mixing. CONSTITUTION:Stock flour 25 is fed to a flour holding hopper 2 by means of a conveyor 24, then a rotary valve 6 is turned round and a solenoid valve 5 is intermittently opened or closed, while a compressor 14 is operated and, when compressed air is intermittently blown into the hopper 2 from an pening 3 by a compressed air intermittently blowing device 4, the air intermittently moves upward inside the hopper 2 toward an inlet 10 side. During this interval, the stock flour 25 inside the hopper 2 repeats its up-and-down motion for mixing, then goes down to the side of a tansfer pipe 5 from an outlet 8 at a time when the air stops and further is fed to a flour-water stirrer 9 from the rotary valve 6. |
