PURPOSE:To improve the workability, by mounting a plastic grill frame having a groove to a jig applied with high frequency heating, folding and inserting an end of a metallic net, melting the inside of the groove with welding through high frequency heating and welding the plastic and the metal. CONSTITUTION:The jig 2 having a high frequency induction heating coil 1 is mounted on a surface plate 3 and the plastic grill frame 4 is fitted to a prescribed position. The grill frame 4 has the groove 6 and a ridge 7 bending the end of the metallic net 5 is inserted into the groove 6. Then, a high frequency current flows to the coil 1 to heat up rapidly the bent ridge 7, which is pressed with a press plate 9 of a press machine 8 so as to protrude the bent ridge 7 of the metallic next to the lastic grill frame 4 and hardened with cooling. Thus, the workability and the yield are improved. |
