<p>PURPOSE:To obtain packing cushion material having a firm and secure joining state and an excellent thermal efficiency by placing a heater nozzle or an adhesive agent spraying nozzle between two sheets to be approached immediately before they are stuck to each other. CONSTITUTION:Air and electric current are supplied to a heater nozzle 6, driving sprockets 15, 25 are rotated respectively and sheets 1, 1 and a joining sheet I are sent. In each sheet 1, 1, parts to be stuck receive hot air from the heater nozzle 6, are molted uniformly at a prescribed width only and sent between press rolls 5, 5. The joining sheet I where molten parts only were stuck is drawn by a tension roll 14 nd guided to a cutter 16. In this way, the middle adhesive part is cut by the cutter 16 in the flow direction of the joint sheet I to obtain two joining sheets I , I . Further, they are drawn by a nip roll 24 and sent to a slitting machine 18 to be provided with perforated slit on each joining sheet I .</p> |
